CPAP/Respiratory Care

Thank you for choosing Aultman Home Medical Supply for your CPAP supplies! DASCO Home Medical Equipment will begin providing your supplies effective Feb. 6, 2026. DASCO proudly serves more than 75,000 CPAP patients nationwide, and DASCO is excited to support your ongoing care.

Please review the information below to ensure a smooth transition and continued access to your CPAP supplies.

Option 1: IVR Calls – You will have the option when and how to receive your supplies.

  • DASCO utilizes Interactive Voice Response (IVR) to contact you. This means when you are eligible for new supplies, DASCO will call you from an automated system. This system will allow you to order your supplies and make address changes or insurance changes should those apply.

  • If you call DASCO’s customer experience line, it may recognize your phone number and suggest a reorder of supplies, should you be eligible.

  • At any time, if you need a live specialist, DASCO is here for you, and the IVR will prompt you with this option.

Option 2: DASCO Direct – DASCO will handle it for you!

  • Many insurance companies offer automatic resupply of CPAP supplies every 90 days. This is recommended by your doctor so that your CPAP therapy is uninterrupted.

  • Major CPAP mask manufacturers recommend routine replacement of CPAP supplies.

  • DASCO will evaluate your insurance prior to Feb. 2 and, if your insurance permits, you will be enrolled in DASCO Direct.

  • You may opt out of this program by contacting DASCO at 1-800-892-4044 or visiting www.godasco.com/contact.asp.

Option 3: Online Reorder – An easy ordering solution, available any time!

  • You may call DASCO to discuss your sleep needs at 1-800-892-4044, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m., EST.
